This license ends when your content is deleted or your account is permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law.
4.3 Responsibility for ContentYou are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that it does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
5. Acceptable UseYou agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.

6. Subscriptions, Trials, and PaymentsThryveLog offers paid subscription plans.
- Subscriptions are billed exclusively through the Apple App Store.
- Pricing, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellations are managed by Apple.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings.
Free TrialWe may offer a 30 day free trial at our discretion. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
Trial availability, duration, and eligibility are determined by Apple and may change.
RefundsPayments and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. ThryveLog does not control or process refunds.
7. Intellectual PropertyAll rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, logos, and branding, are owned by ThryveLog Inc. or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.
8. PrivacyYour use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
By using ThryveLog, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Account deletion is delayed and may take a reasonable period of time to complete. During this period, your data may remain stored but will not be actively used.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if no payment was made.
14. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThryveLog Inc. from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your User Content.
15. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
